Why this program? Why now?
I've been getting nudged to pull together a new high level, executive roundtable to talk about the things that don't seem to be discussed on 'other' roundtables nor in traditional MBA programs - things that will help us navigate the real shift in leadership that has to happen - the shift to conscious leadership.
In this coalition we’ll be discussing how we can elevate beyond the old leadership paradigm, learn to balance our energy and go deeper so our people, our teams ad communities can go farther. Once you learn to tap in beyond just the physical brain and plane and access the etheric brain you become more conscious, more aware, you begin to see business, leadership and the world differently and therefore you think, feel and act differently. Intellect will only take you so far, so will travelling solo.
The challenge is most of us identify something that we want to shift, and then we wander off course due to life and business circumstances well this coalition aims to support you to stay the course and make the series of important 10 degree shifts necessary to completely transform you yo the next level of consciousness required in this post corona world.

Now Covid 19 has become another battle ground for us to fight. Let’s shift to another paradigm, and find another way. It’s time to tune into your purpose and choose your lane. Which is why I’m doing this thing called conscious leaders coalition...... The reason we got 'here' is because we were very well programmed to go to school, go to uni get good grades and then get a good job. In the meantime we abdicated the big decisions to the big four banks, to the government and the big end of town firms. Since Covid 19 took the planet by storm there’s been a greater pull and calling for us to fully step into leadership, to take care of the big stuff, and the personal stuff and the wellbeing stuff and the culture stuff- it’s like soft skills just got hard and we need something to force our hand to face the reality.
We are NOT going to shift this pattern that absolutely MUST shift if we still choose to abdicate the awareness that WE are going to save the day, WE are going to lead ourselves through this, WE can rise as brave new leaders and if WE pull together in a coalition we are going to make epic shit happen on a global scale. It's time to become the leader you always wished you had, to create your own economy, to create local, strong, tight communities, and to begin participating in groups whose mission is for business to solve some of the worlds biggest problems. It's time to focus on your inner growth, to learn new daily practices, to seek your own truth, to find greater balance, to take a stand for your convictions and to raise consciousness.
